I have ordered on 26 November and waiting and keep waiting for my oder but didnt received. Sent them multiple emails and try to rang them as well later on in January when successfully contacted on call they said we got stocks now and then i was hoping to receive oder. But nothing arrived later in feb contacted and asked them to cancel my order in oder to get my money back and they canceled as well and now this is mid of march and I didnt received my refund even it is showing refunded on there web.No phone call response no email reply. 0 recommended

Am so disappointed and fedup with the lack of communication. I still don't have my purchase fromm 14th January 2022. I suspect I have wasted money on an expensive item in the 100s. It's about time they proved me wrong in my assessment.......not happy with their service

(I have to give this business one star to create this review) This is the picture of the nothing that I have received 3 months later. All methods of contact for this business do not work. I have reported this business to the ACCC- its ridiculous this website is still operational.

Have never come across such an appalling company said instock paid 3k money taken goods not received no refund or replie on emails its been 6month still can't get a hold of them have had to take legal action do not deal with them

Ordered binos in Dec 2021 - despite multiple multiple email requests and chat bot requests no reply to my queries. Believe is a scam operation now
