Would just like to thank Andrew Urquhart for guiding us through the sale of our child care service. Our centre was on the market for a couple of years as the sale fell through twice and then covid hit but Andrew helped keep us positive and was always available for a chat. He was an absolute gentleman and it was obvious that he had a lot of experience and knowledge about the sector. I always felt he was on our side and worked to get the best price for us. In the end we sold the business with a lease in place where Andrew recommended the terms and conditions for the lease, as we had no expertise in this area we took the advice and are extremely happy we did.
