Anthony was our rental agent for 5 years. During this time there were moments of unprofessionalism, leaving my flatmates and I to do a lot of the property management ourselves. There were also discrepancies as Anthony requested bond to be paid to GVA directly which never got lodged on our behalf. This bond was never returned back to us and rent that was supposed to be discounted was never discounted so when the property changed rental agencies we were owing more money.. There was no communication of ever owing monies. I would suggest you be wary and keep all communication and evidence so this does not happen to you.

VERY BAD SERVICE!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANYONE! I booked 4 bedroom Bondi beach home for 2 weeks in February 2017. The booking was made for my family who is travelling from Russia to Sydney for my wedding. Before confirming the booking I asked Anthony (the Director) to make sure that the owner won't need the house for the requested dates, he said that I can take the booking, so I paid the full amount in advance. I was very upset when I received a phone call from Anthony, and he said that the owner found another client who wants to book the property for a longer period so he will cancel my booking. He offered me another place to stay which he said was the same quality as the house I booked...The new place he offered was an apartment - NOT a house (I really wanted to book a house with a backyard) and it was further away from the beach, it didn't look modern and clean. I find it very unprofessional to cancel already confirmed booking and disrespect a client who booked it first! My family has already booked flights to Sydney, they are not flexible with the dates! I lost a lot of time with this agency and missed out on good accommodation in the top location in Sydney in the peak period! I am very disappointed with this agency.
