        I am writing this on the behalf of my friend , who purchased an apartment and got the pre-purchase inspection done by Jmh.The service was very unprofessional and was of poor quality. During inspection the guy was unable to see the rusty hoses in both vanitys, leaking washing machine taps ,leaking mini taps in the main toilet , leaking showers in the bathroom, hotplate gas cooktop not working and light fittings were corroded and unsafe. He charged my friend $400 and left us with these surprises. I would never recommend this to anyone else.
