I was so pleased to have found Sunday during our stay in Bellingen. I adored my Abhyanga. Being a student of Ayurveda, I've had many treatments and hers is the best one I've experienced. I was put in a state of bliss, I felt deeply rejuvenated. I wish I lived near by so that I could have regular treatments.

I just came out of the most amazing consultation and treatment with Sunday that I felt I had to immediately thank her and let others know. Sunday was so calming and patient with me, allowing me to tell my story in a relaxed way. She listened and without judgement gave what I consider incredibly insightful suggestions as to diet and lifestyle changes. To top it off, she then gave me a massage like no other I have had with warm oil which Im sure opened up long standing blockages. Thank you Sunday, see you again soon. Most recently, Sunday has treated my knee post operative. I severely fractured my patella and months later it is still very stiff and sore. Sunday has now done 3 bastis on it using hot medicated oil and Im definitely noticing improvement. Reduced pain and increased mobility. Thank you again Sunday.

Sunday shows great empathy & listens attentively to build an accurate picture of your challenges. She understood what I was trying to improve and resolve and was able to provide a plan & program to achieve my health & wellbeing goals. The oil massages are wonderful, you leave relaxed and bouncing & the affects last for days. The ancient Ayurvedic program she proposed for me has improved my wellbeing immensely & for that I am forever grateful to Sunday. She was able to get me on the right track. I highly recommend Sunday if you are looking for a natural & holistic approach to any health challenges.

I reached out to Sunday Lucia to learn more about Ayurveda and to come up with a plan to help drop those last pesky 15 pounds and have more energy. I had been bouncing up and down five pounds for the last year and my current food plan, although healthy, was just not working. We had an indepth initial consultation, discussed my objectives and I discovered how my current diet was causing inflammation and stagnant weight loss - who knew? Sunday is so kind and knowledgeable, offering healthier alternatives, easy meal plans and food combinations and logical steps for better overall health. Then she sent me a comprehensive report of the steps we discussed, daily regimes, foods to avoid for my body type and many easy recipes. WOW! What a transformation!!! I dropped 4 lbs. the first week, I was able to get off coffee without headaches, and the recipes have been easy to make. My energy level has soared I feel 20 years younger! Sunday is a great resource and so helpful to answer any questions I have had. This has been an incredible experience!
