Very disappointed in the customer service. I recently tried to book my car in for a service. I initially spoke Jodie over the phone and as I had not had serviced with them previously I had to set my car up in the system. I had all of my details ready but my vin was not coming up in the system. The lady I spoke with made me feel as though I was an extreme inconvenience and was borderline condescending. She insisted I texted her through the details. I asked if a courtesy car was available and was told I could either have a Toyota Yaris or a Subaru. I requested the Subaru as I have two babies and a double pram. I was told that I was able to have the Subaru but would have to wait as it was not available ( I explained that I was happy to wait as long as needed ) After a week of back and forth I was told my car had been booked in but the courtesy car was not guaranteed. I then called and spoke with Montana who was very lovely and wanted to help. I was told that the lady I initially spoke with had not entered any of the extras to my service nor did I have a loan car for that day. Meaning I would have traveled over 2 hours with my babies to then have to wait from 8:30-4:30 without a vehicle until my car was ready. I was then transferred to Claire. When I asked Claire about the loan car I was told that the Subaru was not available as it was with another customer whilst their car was being repaired and may not be back for a month (which was fine) I tried to explain that I would have happily taken the Yaris but my car seats will not fit in such a small car with a double pram on top of that and I am willing to wait however long until it was available to then be basically told too bad, not my problem
