Completely satisfied I like always having the same audiologist and when I request for my preferred clinician I have no problem just need to wait until there is an appointment. I have always had prompt attention should my aid need repair. Thank you hearing is so important to one well being.

This guys are terrible. I booked for my daughter hearing test in January. They have cancelled the appointment 3 times. 1 reason: doctor is close contact. 2 reason: machine broke down. 3 reason: power outage. All these time they cancel the booking 10 minutes prior when i force my daughter to wake up early for the test. They also hang up on you as soon as they inform you the reason. Poor service. Not recommended.

I would like to commend the staff at the Bankstown Hearing Australia for their warm demeanour and professionalism. In particular, to Audiologist Nadia who has a thorough understanding in her field of expertise. Nadia explains herself clearly, and represents the aspects of procedures and processes during my appointments. Thank you once again for your valued time and assistance. Regards Nectarios Varsanis

Not a place I would recommend if you are bringing in an elderly or vulnerable person. Instead of an apology, we encountered unbridled hostility as a result of the receptionist herself making an error in telling us we could come in at a particular time. Unfortunately we were running 15 minutes late but called in advance, apologising profusely and accurately predicting our timing, and we were told "thank you for letting us know" and it would be ok. If it had been a problem we would have absolutely understood and rescheduled for another time, but we were grateful that they were still willing to see us because I had left work early and arranged care for my 3 kids to help my elderly friend. When we arrived we were aggressively told off for being late by the same lady I had just spoken to on the phone! It was very embarrassing. She told us the audiologist refused to see us because we were so late. (I suspect the audiologist wasn't happy with us being late and the receptionist didn't want to admit to him that she had told us that 15 minutes would be ok, so she made a loud show of pretending to be shocked and appalled at our timing.) She completely misunderstood my 90 year old friend's file and what her needs were. She made an unprompted comment to the effect of "She hasn't had a hearing aid in 5 years!" When I explained that she had never had a hearing aid and we had just been in for all the testing in November, we were told "Well I don't read every patients file!" We wouldn't expect her to, but she brought it up! She was adamant that she had called us to give us notice that my friend wouldn't be seen. I couldn't believe I missed her calls! Turned out she called us, literally, 90 seconds before we walked in the door, which is why I didn't pick up - I was helping my friend, who is very frail, up the stairs and into the clinic. I take full responsibility for being late. The circumstances were outside my control, but that's not the audiologist's problem and I understand him not wanting to stay back 15 minutes to see my friend. But we did our best, was told it would be ok, and didn't deserve to be treated that way. My friend was shocked and as we left took my hand and said "There was a lot of anger in that lady." Just one of those really unpleasant, nasty experiences with someone who has no compassion and will go on the defensive instead of simply saying "I'm sorry for making a mistake."
