        Very pleased with my overall experience engaging Ultimate Security to install security at my house. Leesa at head office was particularly helpful and patient answering my many varied and numerous questions. The system was installed quite quickly and the installer helpful and professional. The installed system is quite complex and I have needed further assistance understanding the control panel and all it can do. My calls to Ultimate have been responded to promptly and my concerns allayed. I am confident that the security system is ideal for my situation.

        A absolutely useless company since they changed from nycon to ultimate. This company is useless. Turn up to work with alarm going off no phone call. Tried to charge $180 call out plus $180 for a new siren. I purchased the same siren for $25. If your trying to get alarm monitoring from a good company keep looking.
