Ive come here a lot over the years and during the evenings, the service here has been real slow. However recently coming back to get my passport renewed, everything was quick and smooth. Photos were taken, application was filled out and handed and a rough eta was provided. Perhaps I caught them on a good day but I think we have to be realistic, just because lines are long, doesnt mean the server should be rushing whoever out to get to the next person. Were human not robots.

If I could rate a 0 I would. I went in to update my passport and got told I had the wrong application form filled out. When I asked if I could get shown what the right application form was, the Asian lady that works there told me she doesnt know which form is the correct one, completely ignored my presence and walked off. Her attitude and the way she was talking was utterly disgusting.
