Alexia was always in front. She helped lead us to the completion of our property purchase. Alexia communicated cleary with us every step of the way. She also made herself available whenever I called for any enquiries or questions. I didn't always feel confident with certain details but she gave clarity whenever or however I needed it. She lead my husband and I into finally closing, which is what our focus was.

Absolutely outstanding service from Alexia, industry knowledge excellent, and a true professional. As nervous and inexperienced first time investors we found Alexia to be warm, engaging and friendly. We all agreed that her industry knowledge was amazing but was secondary for us. She was clear and concise, both verbally and in writing, but more importantly it was her unending patience with us all, and that mattered to us. She put our minds at ease with regards to this entire process, answered all of our questions no matter how inane, and was also available from early morning to late at night. We just knew she cared.

Overall a good experience. The process was fairly seamless. The only issue we had was that the interest rates seem quite high. Not sure if alternative banks are an option. We do understand that investment properties carry a higher percentage rate.
