Had a knee operation here, the nurses, Raymond and Angela were amazing. surgery went well and staff in general were nice

On the 11th of May my husband was taken to the emergency at Concord Hospital by ambulance. He was later admitted to 5 North Ward. I cannot thank the Doctors Nurses in both areas enough for the care he received. The Ambulance and paramedic team who came to the house and lady l spoke to at 000 were also amazingly. I am sorry to be saying this. I had an appointment today in cardiology, I have a healthcare clinical background so I know this isn't good enough. After 2 prior appointments, an echocardiogram, and wearing a month long heart monitor, I had my final appointment today. They hadn't bothered to even open my results letter in over a month of having it in the department and then didnt bother during my consultation. They mentioned possible Afib for me to catastrophise over! RPAH is so much better than this!
