Andre was very professional to deal with, from the very first phone call to the completion of the work undertaken. Andre helped with the re-grouting and re-sealing of the shower area, fixing the same job another provider undertook not more than 8 months ago. Andre displayed good old fashioned customer service. I have no hesitation recommending Andre for his professionalism and the quality of his work. Our Bathrooms had been upgraded many years ago and were showing signs of wear, the wall tiles were like new but the floor areas and shower recesses they had lost their sparkle due to heavy use by a family of six. Andre has restored our floors and our shower recesses and the seals around our bath and vanity units to as new condition. Andre is a good communicator and promptly returns the initial contact and ongoing calls. He does the agreed job in a timely manner and was meticulous in cleaning our hallway and bedroom from any dust from his work activity. Andre provided advice on maintaining the bathroom ongoing and to avoid the pitfalls of harsh chemicals that had over time caused the deterioration of our Bathroom/ Ensuite. We had a leaking tile balcony. The tiles and waterproofing were replaced about 12 years ago, but the grout had started to crack, and I suspect the waterproofing had failed in a couple of places. Water was leaking into the room below. Replacing the tiles etc would be a very expensive exercise. Tile Rescue (Andre) was called to replace the grout with epoxy. After completing this, Andre did additional work to seal all the tile edges, and other remote areas where water might penetrate. This fixed the problem. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the result looked so good, that we had our bathroom and pool tile grout replaced as well. I have no hesitation in recommending this service. Andre from Narrabeen Tile Rescue transformed a 19 year old main bathroom and ensuite in poor condition to look brand new by diligently and professionally removing and replacing wall and floor grout and resetting lose tiles. His hard work, attention to detail and diligence created a fresh new look, and he complemented the tile restoration by restoring the bathtub surface. The end result exceeded expectations and is two bathrooms that look brand new. Andre provided good advice and practical solutions when he identified plumbing issues. He was also able to assist with other tile restoration issues on balconies and restore an outdoor bench top. A great experience and a fantastic outcome. Would highly recommend Andre.
