Super rude receptionist when trying to book an appointment - won't be using them again

Dan is one of a kind, and the staff are just the same. I have never met a doctor that truly cares for his patients. The staff he has are truly amazing as well. Dan is one of the best doctors i have ever been to. I cannot thank him and the crew enough for what they have done for me. TRULY AMAZING

Saw Dr Bronnie who was lovely. She explained the different types of moles and melanomas and was very thorough in the examination. Staff were also very friendly and happy. Results of any biopsies will be sent to you within the week. Highly recommended and we should all have a yearly examination.

Dr Dan Martin is very professional, amiable. The staff are very courteous and welcoming. The examination rooms and office are immaculate and I feel very confident and grateful for his advice. Highly recommend. M Hay Canada

2 stars only because the receptionist was very nice. I was the first appt of the day and the Dr was 25 minutes late. He was dismissive of a concern (the reason I was referred) and put fabric tape over it and pretty much told me to ignore it and it will go away (the nurse(?) even made a comment over how small my concern was). He spent less than 10 minutes in the room, and did not do a thorough check. I am very pale with lots of freckles and moles, and a large family history of skin cancers being removed, hence I was wanting a more thorough check, He barely checked the moles on my face, and did not check my scalp at all. Unsure if I was treated this way due to being young, but I was very upset after the appointment and have asked my doctor to refer me elsewhere.
