Whilst travelling we had an issue with our slide out not going in or out as it should. As usual, these things always get progressively worse on a weekend. First thing Monday we called and they were able to fit us in and rectified the problem as best they could in order for us to get home. Damien dealt with the issue in a professional manner advised us what to do should it happen again before we returned to Tassie and also what the main issue was. Very grateful for their service, from the office to the workshop. Thank you so much for the support.

If you're looking for any actual mechanical work on the engine or gearbox of your motor home they don't do this type of work. As all new motor homes are based on a European front cab , Fiat, Mercedes, Iveco,Vw , you would think that places that sell and service motorhomes would also do things like timing Belt, water pump, or any actual mechanical work. That said I'm sure the service department do a great job on all other things motorhome related. I have a Fiat ducato and I recommend you find a good European engine mechanic.

I recently purchased a 2021 Jayco Journey Outback from Nigel at Watsons Jayco Coffs Harbour, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction and the numerous issues I have encountered with this dealership. Firstly, shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered a severe water leak in my Jayco Journey Outback. To my dismay, Jayco was unable to address this issue until November, leaving me with no choice but to tackle the repairs myself. It is absolutely unacceptable that a brand marketed as an outdoor adventure companion would have such a fundamental flaw. This significant water leak not only inconvenienced my family's holiday plans but also raised concerns about potential long-term damage to the vehicle's structure. But the water leak was just the beginning of my troubles. The second issue, which is far more alarming and poses a serious safety risk, involves a faulty left-hand brake. This malfunction causes the hub and wheel to reach extreme temperatures, with the potential for a major failure. I shudder to think about the consequences this could have had for my family had we not discovered the issue in time. It is absolutely outrageous that Watsons Jayco Coffs Harbour would sell a vehicle with such a critical defect, putting my loved ones' lives at risk. I purchased this Jayco Journey Outback in preparation for a long-awaited family holiday, expecting it to be a reliable and safe means of transportation. However, the experience thus far has been a nightmare, and I firmly believe that Jayco is fully liable should a major mechanical failure occur, resulting in injury to my family. It is disheartening and deeply concerning that a dealership would show such blatant disregard for customer safety and satisfaction. Given the severity of these issues and the potential risks they pose, I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Watsons Jayco Coffs Harbour to think twice. The negligence and lack of urgency displayed by both Jayco and the dealership are not only deeply disappointing but also pose a significant threat to the well-being of your family. I sincerely hope that sharing my experience will prompt Watsons Jayco Coffs Harbour to address these critical safety concerns promptly and take responsibility for the faulty vehicle they sold me. As for now, I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with the overall experience.

Watsons of Coffs Harbour sell caravans and also have a good range of spare parts. Our caravan lost the top exterior fridge vent panel on our way south heading for Sydney. A quick phone call and a short drive through Coffs resulted in our caravan sporting a new vent panel in next to no time. Staff were cheerful and had the part by the counter before I arrived.
