It has been 4 weeks and numerous number of phone calls nobody could be bothered to call me back and give me a simple answer in regards of refund for the holiday house where I and my family spent most of our holidays waiting for tradies to come and fix stuff that wasnt working, the property is managed by McGrath Coffs Harbour Agency Very disappointed with your customer service.
