Unfortunately a bad experience with this company who sent a representative to test our fax machine after it kept showing a message to replace the toner. We have been charged $231.00 for someone to "thoroughly test" our machine when they didn't even realise that there was no card in the machine, which we now know is how the machine recognises there is a toner in there; so when a new toner is installed a card needs to be put into the card slot at the same time. In fact the representative didn't even know a card slot existed in the machine, instead suggesting that whoever put the new toner in previously had put the empty one back in instead of the full one, when in fact they simply didn't put the card in. Bad service with bad follow up as they fail to agree that a few pertinent questions by a knowledgeable person on the phone could have resolved the issue and negated the need for someone to come to see the machine. We are a non-profit organisation and paying $231.00 for nothing is something we can ill afford.
