Let me tell you these guys are fantastic. I have used them previously under an emergency situation with hot water system blowing up on me and they were right onto it for me. Made it easy. Under the leadership of Tom I have just had 2 water tanks installed. Not as easy as it sounds let me tell you as there were plenty of "hidden gems" that surfaced during the job. Not only are the guys from PF polite they leave the job clean and tidy which say volumes about the pride they take in their work. Dealing with Ben (owner) was great also. He is honest and upfront about everything that was happening with my job. I highly recommend Pure Flow. Ben (owner) is great to deal with; hes very friendly, approachable and communicative. Jo and Susie are also very prompt and easy to talk to over the phone & via email to organise appointments and gather info. Would recommend their services.
