The people are rude and not understanding. They made me feel unwelcome. I have a pup that wasnt happy when she tried to fit a halter at my request. The way she approached the whole situation and spoke to me was unprofessional. I wont go back there again. Petbarn at Coffs has better customer service and support I will shop there from now on.

Staff are always friendly and helpful with a great range of products. Haven't used it but the have self service dog washing bays outside the store and I believe they do in house pet grooming

Customer service is non existent. Policy not clearly provided at time of purchase. Purchased two fish, employee clearly had trouble getting one out of the tank and required assistance. We were clearly told they were cold water fish, they were in with goldfish. Slowly transitioned them into the tank at home. Clearly one was already struggling (later told it was stress). By the next morning one was dead and the other thriving. Returned to the shop and dealt with the rudest woman while the other two (who sold us the fish) scampered outside. Less than 24hrs and the rude woman said we would have to go and get a water sample and that the problem was we didn't have a heater. For a cold water fish???? Patner left in annoyance as the person clearly was not prepared to offer any reasonable explanation as to how one is dead and one is alive. Maybe she doesn't know much about fish. Today I was told on the phone by Nicole that other lady was wrong about the type of fish it was. She acknowledged that Luke was having trouble getting the fish out of the tank, I asked if this could cause stress "of course it could, some survive the stress some don't". But regardless the policy is that I have to provide a sample of the water. Why do you not advise people of this policy when you sell them fish? Why is it not on the docket? One of two fish dies within 24hrs, seriously you can't manage customer service and acknowledge that the guy that wrangled it out of the tank may have contributed to its stress? I would have thought for a $5 fish they may have been interested in keeping a customer. Apparently not.
