From the first minute we spoke on the phone, I was very glad to have contacted Richard of Figjam Painting about painting the exterior of my doublestory house. He was a great listener and an on-point communicator so that we both knew what the job would entail and how he would go about it. Richard and he fellow-painter were professional, punctual, very pleasant, enthusiastic and very clean in their work. Attention to detail and taking great care in carrying out the task were hallmarks of their performance. At the beginning I was apprehensive as I had never before had a house painted; at the end of the job and observing the fantastic result, I would use no other painter than Figjam Painting for any future project. We needed to have the interior of our house painted before moving back in after 2 years away and started trying to engage a painter months before. We acquired a few quotes and I am happy to say that I chose Richard because of his excellent communication, friendliness and very reasonable quote. He and his great team arrived at the time they said they would and continued to arrive every morning for 2 weeks at the agreed time. They were all a pleasure to have in the house with good humour and professionalism. Richard did little jobs for us as they came up and was very particular about the finished job. We will get him back to do the exterior in the future. If you decide to engage Richard you will not be sorry. We were more than impressed.
