        We were so happy with these guys when we got them to pick up our ride on and diagnose the problems. They were thorough and honest which allowed us to make an informed decision about whether it was worth going ahead with repairs. In the end we decided to buy a new mower and the team helped us to pick the best one to suit our specific needs. They were knowledgeable, friendly and so we definitely recommend Coffs Chainsaw and Mowers.

        Can't fault anything with the store. I have purchased from them a few times and recently had some of my equipment serviced. I will keep using them going forwards

        I needed a new primer bulb for my Stihl chainsaw. I was sold the wrong part by these guys which I found out after I installed it as the bulb did not seat properly. They didn't want to refund me the $14.00 because it was "used''. I did get my money back but I had to whinge and moan. It is not good enough for a Stihl dealer to sell the wrong part for a Stihl product and then try to evade responsibility for their mistake. Unprofessional behaviour and, therefore, I would not recommend them.

        After breaking a whipper snipper the guys at Coffs Chainsaw and Mowers were able to outfit me with a Stihl that was in my price range and suitable to my needs with some extras.... they were very helpful and friendly and I will be taking another machine to them for repairs in the future....thanks guys
