I have been through multiple dentists over my 32 years. I have horrible teeth and normally come home feeling extremely depressed and suicidal. From the moment I called to book the appointment I was greeted with absolute niceness. Dont know what the Karen who gave the bad review is on about. Because I did not feel the needle. THAT HAS NEVER HAPPEN TO ME BEFORE. I did not have a severe anxiety attack about the drilling like I normally do. And they took my Autism in consideration too. Bridget was so lovely and patted my arm when I tensed up. Absolute beautiful experience and the only time I have EVER left a dentist exceedingly happy. Will be a regular. Thankyou Mimo and Bridget.

. Ive been battling a lupus battle that went undiagnosed for a very long time. Ive been trying to get answers through a global health crisis and my husband between hospital visits and doctors appointments and work has been struggling to keep on top of the huge amount of people he has had to keep track of. Rather then allowing any explanation we have been turned away on account of us being a problem for missing one appointment years ago and not answering a message yesterday while I spent it on a ventilator and my husband worked. I called this morning to explain. I was shut down and hung up on before I could speak one more word. I fully understand there being a lot of pressure due to the health crisis on small business and thank them for the cancellation fee if I ever wanted another appointment, after that display I wont but I think responsibility should be taken by all sides. Im giving a review that befits that. I will not be returning.

I highly recommend Dr Mimo and his lovely caring staff. Dr Mimo is professional and his staff are kind and caring. Also the atmosphere of harbourside dental is very calming. I had a wisdom tooth extracted last week and found the atmosphere and the view out the window to be nice and peaceful.
