Commonwealth Bank Coffs Harbour Branch

Unfortunately I have to rate with a star which doesn't reflect the service of this branch. After a 3rd attempt and hour & a half wait time, then being told I was next in line to see two other clients go in before me ... I told the staff member I wanted to place an official complaint. So where do you do this I ask? Nobody took my official complaint, I was told it would be noted !!! Thank goodness I am not a client with this organisation, unfortunately due to the death of my mother I have had to deal with them!! I would rate the service with no stars if I could. Closure of local branches and staff leaving are two of the issues I was told was the problem. Management at the top should be sacked!!!

My Commonwealth bank closed down in Toormina.i now have to travel into the plaza or town, to do my banking. I prefer to see them face to face, everything is online,I don't like that. I hope I helped someone get to the Commonwealth bank, I went to walk in the door's of the Bank,it wasn't opening,so I stood bk.... I couldn't believe it, my Bank closed down in toormina. They said it was because there wasn't enough ppl going to do banking,and Had to close there door's. I'm not buying it. In my opinion,its making way for a cashless society!!!

Lorraine Ryan (Lending Specialist) has to be one of the most hard-working and honest people I have ever encountered in the banking world. In the past few years Lorraine has handled a number of loans and mortgages for us and is incredibly dedicated and out to help the client above anything else. Lorraine is the sole reason we have stayed with commbank.
