Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I was given someone else's tracking number. Never received my own purchase from March and after multiple attempts to contact the owner on multiple different platforms still have had no response. Disgusted in this brand!

The bag arrived on time & in good condition, & was not used at all until some time after purchase. However all the zip pulls sheered off & broke & the internal lining came apart. I have emailed the company & after several attempts i finally got a reply, saying there was nothing they could do. I then emailed & quoted Consumer law & was then told to return the bag which i did in early December & have heard nothing since from Glenn despite my emails to him requesting acknowledgement of the arrival of the bag. I am now corresponding with NSW Fair Trading & filing a complaint as i have not heard anything. Very disappointed with the correspondence & lack of interest or resolution of my complaint
