My case has been transferred to them by NRMA in the beg of Mar. No one from them called me up to follow up. When I call them last week, they said no service was available till Aug. Are they too busy to accept anymore business or do they not just do not care? Honestly, I will not try to even call them in the first place if they are not the approved repairer of my car! Luckily, there are still a few of approved repairers in the market.
