Allan has undertaken 3 of my home design projects - 2 separate units alterations, one of them I added an entire loft floor over my 1st floor & joining top floor unit in Bondi Junction, & a 1st floor & rear addition to my semi detached house I recently bought. His development application with Randwick Council was approved in 4 weeks with no issues. I also previously referred him to friends with a semi detached house in Maroubra where his design was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend his work.

I was refereed to Allan by Angel Gregory. From the aspect of the introduction of light, to the placing of windows and general attention to detail, I was delighted with Alans plans and advice. During the building process he was readily available for questions and help, and I am delighted with the finished result and happy to highly recommend his work .. Allan has done two projects for me a new full house rebuild & extension & a rear ground floor extension. I would recommend his services.

We had a 100 year old and run down terrace in a conservation zone in Randwick Council. Allan designed a modern / contemporary rear addition, a 1st floor extension and a new layout for our garden. His design included the restoration of the original Victorian features as well. We like especially how old and new works together now, the natural light in the new extension and the thermal comfort in summer and winter. He also managed the approval process which was very quick so that we could start construction without delays. We are extremely happy with all the aspects of Allans work and recommend him highly.

Allan designed the extension for our house. I was impressed by his honesty and he was always available to help and answer any questions we had. His knowledge meant that he was able to provide some really practical ideas that made our extension not only look good but also be comfortable to live in. Highly recommended!
