I purchased a show bag for my son who could not come to an event in Greystanes on 25-09-2022. $27.00 for the Police showbag. I came home with it and within five minutes, the toy guns were not working, the toy handcuffs did not come with any keys and the swat mask had no strap, even though it had a place where it should be. The only non-faulty item was the hat and the police ID. I called the owner (Charlie, I think) on 27/9 to organize a refund. He straight up denied that it's even possible that the items are faulty because the goods are quality-checked at the factory. Yeah, because Chinese toy factories are well known to have strict quality control measures... While Charlie agreed to a refund, the expectation was that I return the faulty item to Chipping Norton, approximately a 40-50 minute round trip from my residence. While the owner agreed that the items would be discarded upon returning them, I offered to dismantle them, throw them out and take a photo of them - the owner rejected this. This was not the worst part, the owner was very rude, and repeatedly stated: "that's your problem, not mine" when I objected on the grounds it would cost quite a bit of fuel and time for me to do this. He kept insisting that it's my problem even though I reminded him that he's the one selling poor-quality faulty products. I usually would not write a review like this, especially over bloody kids toys and a meager $27.00; however, I think people should be aware of the mindset they're dealing with should they choose to do business with this owner. He is unreasonable, rude, and selling very low-quality products. Keep your $27.00.
