This is the first review I have ever done. This company is so bad that I just have to review. Poor service to say the least and more than double the cost of other suppliers how they are still in business is beyond me. They said they will review rates if asked but if not asked they just rip you off. If you are still with this company get a quote from another supplier you will find you are over paying! If you are a small business AVOID.

Absolute con artists. One of my bar managers got in touch to request another bin and the rep tricked him into signing for another whole year. Just initial here on my iPhone and Ill get the new bin sorted for you - we challenged them on this incredibly unethical behaviour and they have told us we have to pay over 10k to get out of that same contract! There has to be some way of bringing these crooks to justice, please read all of the 1 star reviews and dont even consider this company for your waste services. We are now trapped in a contract and will be terminating on the day its done. Shameful. Service: Waste recycling
