Outstanding customer service and they werent joking about the 24/7 support. Bought a car two years ago hadnt charged it couldnt work out why it wasnt working. They were so helpful over the phone considering I moved states and no one else wanted to offer their assistance. Thanks again , wouldnt buy from anywhere else.

May 2022: The best toys shop in Sydney. I got a ride-on motorcycle from them last weekend, looks amazing. Overall, a great experience, from entering the shop to putting and fitting the box in the car by themselves including after-sales support calls for assembling. Super friendly staff! April 2023 - TFK team replaced the broken handlebar of motorbike free of cost, and now the bike is back in perfect condition. My son is thrilled, and I highly appreciate TFK's exceptional service and goodwill gesture. Thank you, TFK!

Bought our kids a large atv style ride on. Fantastic service, guy was very helpful in guiding us with which car to buy. Also offered to build the car but we live too far away wait he showed me how to do it. Very easy
