Hidden Historical Area where wool was once sent across the river by barges and the old weigh station is in the park and its winch . Thomas Moore owned a lot of the area as was given by governor in his day . Kids Play Area with rubber ground , Few Klm tar walkways along river edge going under the Main Rd into Liverpool connects with the Skating Bowls and another playground with plenty grassed space for hundreds to have room to BBQ etc . Fishing here has Freshwater Species Above The Liverpool Weir and below it semi fresh water holds Bream, Small Jewfish, Bass, Baby Bull Sharks in numbers to 3-4ft long and the area is where our Botany Bay Prawns are born and run down the creeks and rivers with spring tides , floods and Moon Phases.hidden historic site 24/7 access and long trails that go under the highway to a Skate Park and playground.
