    We bought a shade sail in August 2022 and recently the stitching came apart from one corner, releasing the buckle from the fabric, hence the sail becoming loose from one corner. I contacted the company via email and my issue was resolved within minutes with a replacement sun shade organised to be sent to me. I have no hesitation in recommending this Australian company that provides excellent and prompt customer service to its customers. Please support.

    A big thank you to Sebastian for your prompt service. We had an issue with a new shade sail got in contact with company and were given a couple of options. All sorted in a couple of days. We decided to keep damaged sail as replacement was going to be a month + wait. Thank you for the purchase refund.

    I bought a 4x3 m shade sail and after a few months I noticed a few holes so the company sent me replacement one within a week. Fantastic service. I would buy from them again. Thanks.

    Edit: *** company has now sent a replacement.*** We purchased a shade sail in Dec 2018. Installed it over Christmas 2018. In September 2019 (only 9 months later) we noticed it was falling apart at the seams. Contacted Shade Matters who originally said it was covered under warranty..We sent photos of the shade sail and asked for either a replacment or refund and then Shade Matters stopped replying to our emails. We have sent subsequent emails and photos and made phone calls, all of which have gone unanswered. You think you should trust and go with an 'Australian' company.. this has backfired on us. I would not recommend at all. Extemely disappointed with their lack of response and willingness to offer a refund or replacement.
