        Customer service/Sales Appalling, tried to buy their product BUT Coles, was their only reseller "apparently" for the product (but still not clear if other sellers as they only half answered).. but Coles have discontinued. Took multiple emails back and forward with ambiguous responses to try and sort if I can buy, finally gave up after giving some dodgy COVID19 excuse why I cant collect... liked the product, but it shouldn't be so difficult to support and buy off a local company... other suppliers and product out there so no issue
