Quiet appalling service. Thought to give this place a go as we tend to get charcoal chicken from awafi and el jannah. Google said the shop closes at 9pm. It is a Saturday night. It was 7 pm we decided to drive there. It was freezing cold. We wanted to buy the family deal that was $39. We wanted a salad. They said there was no tabouli left, that's fine, asked what salad was available she goes on to say none as they are closing at 8. At that price of $39 i expect a salad. not recylced pickles that dine in customers don't eat (I've seen this happen before in lebanese restaurants) my husband brought to my attention that they had all the ingredients on display to offer a salad. Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion. The fact that wasn't offered and a statement that they don't like wasting food. This irritated my husband which made me realise that was really poor service. This is what led me to do a review. I'm not sure who their customer demographic are and why would anyone support a business that go as far as not wanting to whip us a salad that is already cut up for the wraps is hard to understand. We ended up at el jannah that saved another late cold night.
