We love Bite size biscuits! The flavours are amazing making it hard to pick a favourite. They offer a wide variety of products and the customer service is always outstanding.

I was first approached by Maria regarding offering a free cookie with every coffee to my customers. Nikki sent me out a free sample pack with a brochure with all the different ways they can help me out. As of last week we started giving a free cookie with every coffee, its a small cost considering how excited my customers get from getting a free cookie with their morning coffee. The retail packs are also very nice to display and sell on my shelf. The only downside is having a bucket of scrumptious cookies in easy reach is making it quite difficult to maintain a diet!!! Ive tried the choc chip, Anzac and vanilla bean so far

I am so proud to be an employee at Bite Size Group. The work they have put in to make sure all their plastic is Home Compostable is incredible. I wish bigger FMCG companies could use this initiative. Amazing work Bite Size

As a business owner myself I don't like using this forum for negative reviews - I much prefer to do it in person. Unfortunately, despite several attempts this has not been possible which sums up their customer service. Out of the 4 reps I have had since October 2021 only one of them was actually focused on customer service. The other reps especially most recent Jasmin have been pushy, more concerned with a sales pitch than actually trying to assist. I emailed for 3 weeks - no response not even an acknowledgment I tried to call - the number on google doesn't work I emailed the customer service email - no response Told a GM will call - still waiting There is zero customer care or service from their reps and no empathy at all to understand the position the customer may be in. All they are concerned with is upselling, changing minimum order requirements with no communication, and asking a thousand irrelevant questions about coffee sales. I hate to be the one to remind them that floods and covid have drastically impacted small businesses and maybe some common courtesy or basic customer service training would be super useful. My advice unless you are desperate don't use them there are lots of other great coffee cookie supliers out there the cookie man for one are awesome - take your heard earned money somewhere else.
