Bought Emove touring from them. Scooter is great and option seat was great too. I also had twist throttle option which the techs fitted for me, seat too! The sales guys got back to me straight away after my initial enquiry and answered all my questions. This was not what i experienced other scooter places. I asked for personal contact from sales staff via phone and never got an answer! Only thing I'd change(as a retired electric /electronics eng) is the charging connection system. The use of old style microphone plug and socket connectors is not good as the dialectric quality of the insulation is not designed for the voltages and currents involved. Also, the plug "pops" when it is plugged into the socket, even when the power supply is switched off. The switch mode power supply/ charger also gets quite warm when charging. Overall, nice product, great service from sales staff and techs and quick delivery. Thanx guys! Mark Keys
