I found MasterCut concrete on Google , i called the phone number online and call answered by steve the manager, i asked him i need job done and it is a short notice next day in the morning to cut concrete in car park for our urgent project Flood warning system in silverwater his action was YES i can help what time do you need it done..10am the next day the team turn up 9:30am setting up their equipment ,ready to go and they cut the concrete in 30 min all done spot on Job ! perfect very happy, the price was reasonable ! Jay was very fast to respond to our initial query, and was very flexible to fit us in for a job at at time convenient to us. He was very specific in his plan for our driveway/path and asked if his suggestions suited what we had in mind - which it did. On the day of the job, he again went through what his process would be, and throughout the job, Jay continually asked for our feedback and approval. The job turned out great, exactly as Jay had planned. He was very friendly and chatty, and once he had finished the job he offered suggestions about what we could do to maintain the driveway down the track. I spoke to Jay about having the floors in my shop grinded and polished. He drove to Bondi to quote for the job. He realised he couldn't do the work well given the poor quality of the floor and rather than taking it on and doing a bad job he spent quality time with me explaining what the issues were and some cost effective ways we could improve the floor. None of which would result in him getting nay work. He was honest and helpful and I would recommended including him in nay quotes for Concrete work you have

We had Jay and Michael from Mastercut Concrete do a grind and seal on our garage floor this week, and we are very happy with how it has turned out. Communication was excellent from start to end. Jay was honest and genuine. Everything was clearly explained to us in advance, so we knew exactly what to expect. Following the first visit, Jay sent through an email detailing everything that was discussed, which I found very helpful as a client. His quote was also one of the best offers we have received. Jay even did a free demo grind patch on our concrete floor, so we were able to have a glimpse of how the floor would look (this was before we had committed to the job). Both Jay and Michael were professional, punctual and hardworking. The boys worked for a good 7-8 hrs straight with only a few short breaks. During the grinding process, Jay and Michael kept us informed on how the concrete floor was going. The boys also went above and beyond in order to help improve the aesthetics of the concrete floor, including using a finer grit and coming back for an extra coat, without extra charges. It was never about just getting the job done, but rather getting the job done well. For weeks, I have been looking into getting the flooring done for our garage. I have been in contact with up to 10 businesses, but these guys pretty much ticked all of the boxes in terms of work ethics, communication, quality and cost.
