10/10- Fabulous service and support buying my first brand new car. I recently purchased a 2022 T-Roc through this dealership and was blown away with the service provided. Tom was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient with all my questions, helped me find the vehicle that fit my budget, and kept me informed from start to finish. Buying a new car was something I was nervous going into, but felt very supported (and not at all pressured) by the knowledge and expertise from the team as a whole. 100% recommend Tom and this business when you need to purchase your next car :)

Alto VW and in particular Tom Watkins, was highly responsive and helpful. Tom provided help in selecting the right car without any pressure. Great advice on the different variants along with his personal experience. Once we decided to buy, the rest of the Alto VW team also quickly supported us to get us the best insurance package.
