Chung Do Taekwondo @ Zido Hub Chatswood

Thank you Chung Do Taekwondo (TKD) in Chatswood. A review from a Christian's perspective: 1. A real deal for physique development: I got a "six pack" shape after a trial class. That had never happened to me in the past gym experience. And neither could I do one full push up before; but after joining about 2 months, i can manage 20 now. 2. A "safe" choice: After a stagnant in a sport pursuit, what could I do? How about give martial art a try? However, it is said there may be unknown spiritual realm behind certain martial arts. As a Christian, I heard about other Christians' touching stories in TKD learning. It is safe to pursue TKD as a martial art. 3. The environment: is clean and comfy, and convienient location in Chatswood. 4. There are many different classes for students. Personally, I prefer kids with adults class because I like the "happiness" atmosphere in the class. TKD is definitely more than fitness building. The art form. The display. The philosophy. However, someone with unfit "poor" physique like me, I am so thankful for TKD learning and the knowledgeable Chungdo Chatswood teaching team for their patience and reflective teaching. God never make sense-- the least possible case to step in martial art dojo. Thank you Jesus in 2023.
