Dr Justin Kong

I just had a septoplasty, turbinate reduction and full functional endoscopic sinus surgery with Dr Justin Kong. Both him and his anaesthetist Dr Chris Wong define what professionalism is when it comes to ENT surgery. I cannot express fully how happy I am with the outcome of my surgery. Its tough to find the right doctor for you but given my results I recommend Dr Justin Kong purely due to his patience, his bed side manner and surgical ability to ensure the highest standard of results. Thank you Hills Ent and Dr Kong! Cant thank you enough!

My daughter had hearing/ear problems after seeing three other ENT's in our local area we then travelled out of area to see Dr Kong and finally got the help we desperately needed. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and knows how to make children feel at ease we could not recommend him enough.

U less youre on a private health fund dr kong doesnt accept you. Im deaf in one ear and partially deaf in another, my ears itch beyond belief daily and my referral with a long letter from my doctor explaining why dr kongs services are needed urgently for me were sent back to me with a message saying they have sent my referral to John hunter and didnt even tell my doctor they had done that. Thanks dr kong because Im not in a private health fund I sit here with incredible diacorft going on 2 months now and still can barely here with tinnitus amplifying through my head.

Dr Kong amazing interpersonal skills, very down to earth and easy to discuss specific concerns verse other doctors who can be very textbook dialect . VERY good and patient with children as my 7yr old son has frequent ear infections Dr Kong is very reassuring. I also happen to be one of his new patients, presenting with a nasal fracture, I feel very comfortable and reassured that I am under his care. His secretary, Amy has been very lovely to deal with, very patient and understanding with all my queries for my son and I. Highly recommend Dr Kong to my family and friends if they ever need an ENT on the North Shore.
