Is working in a government office really like this? Felt like visiting a sweat shop. Staff seemed to be in a stressful rush, I hope the manager of this place are doing their job properly as people managers looking after their staff well being. I could sense some staff trying to stay positive and helpful, and some got swallowed by the "culture". Service NSW should try implement online appointment so customers don't pile up and waste their time waiting. Maybe there are too many chiefs and too few indians now.

Would give it a 0 if possible a Most horrible service centre specially the driving test instructor always screaming making you feel like ur dumb since u dont know the course which she will say disobeying traffic signs like a intersection tried to slow down and she scream "you have priority they have stop signs!! What are you doingg??"

Have had a few negative experiences here. Manager was rude and dismissive over the phone and hung up on me. Driving instructor Catherine is on a real power trip and Ive heard her fail people for too many observation checks and not enough checks. She was aggressive when going through my results, raising her voice and getting defensive while everyone could hear. Strongly recommend not attending this service centre for any driving related tests - the other support staff are lovely but full time driving test instructor and Tuesday manager both incompetent and rude which is ridiculous given they are working in customer support

Slow, useless, un-trained and under staffed. Expect to wait ages to do the one thing you can't do online. I've now been three times and nobody seems to know what they are doing. Ineptitude on a whole new level.
