Went in specifically to just to have a look and the service by the team was impeccable! ladies there are very nice and look after the customers well. I picked up a bunch of items and all the sizes were fabulous. Highly recommend SDS chatswood for its high level of customer service. I love shopping for myself and my family here.

What an awful experience received by the cashier today trying to return shoes. My wife felt like criminal asking for some form of ID and proof of payement when you dont even show anything on the invoice and explicitly say in the invoice that you can return it. Lets not forget that my wife spent $120 on top of the return. Anyways, never again in this shop. Train your staff about customer service please.

So I came in the other day, expecting the store to be poorly maintained due to other reviews however upon arrival I was greeted by a stylish boy, Calum. He was very friendly and made sure my outfit was on point.. this guy got some nice taste (recommended to see him for people with poor style). The store itself was very organised and extremely clean. With corona virus aswell they are keeping distance when serving and provide anti bacterial spray. To conclude my experience was amazing at the store and would definetly come back again! Thanks to the lady and the boy for helping me out :)
