Useless.... Can't use with Apple Mac. Web site has amazing amount blurb showing how good it is.... with no easy to find solutions. I haven't got the time to look at all the Videos on how too.... Please can we just have an easy click and pay..... just one more system that is really annoying.

If I could give a zero, I would. Dreadful customer service. I have been trying to deal with an outstanding matter that's over 1.5years old, and have still had no resolution to it. No one has contacted me back despite the number of phone calls or emails I have sent. We hired them to provide our staff with professional learning on how to use their software. The person who came had their own agenda and actually never taught us anything that we wanted to know. They charged us a lot of money for this and after sending a big complaint about their service, they promised to come back and re-deliver the professional learning for free. After about 2 years, we are still waiting for this. Waiting times are ridiculously long on the phone, and the help guides are stupid, clunky and useless. They do not provide enough information or guidance to be able to do what you need help with. This company is charging a fortune to DoE schools, yet are absolutely useless to deal with. Disgusting and appalling service. If I had the power, I would remove them from our school and use another company. Do not use this company!!!
