I wish I could give 0 rating. Don't DEAL with them, especially the agent Tony. We inspected the property on 50 Rodley Avenue Penrith through this agent. The pet smell was terrible, but he assured us that it will go away with cleaning. It has been more than 2 months and we are still bearing the pet smell. He doesn't agree to change the carpet because he returned the bond to previous tenant, and that he has to bear the cost out of his own pocket. Now, we are dealing for his NEGLIGENCE!! I have also lodged a Fair Trade Complaint against them.
