If I had my time over, Id have contacted Henny & Oliver 12 months earlier than I did. We thought we could do it ourselves, but I dont believe we would have landed our property without them. Theyre both highly experienced and their knowledge of the market is extraordinary. They communicate constantly, they were in touch with us day and night, with updates, info & advice. Their due diligence process takes all the stress away and they will do absolutely everything for you. Henny picked up on so many practical things about the property I never would have thought about, and Oliver is an auctioneer extraordinaire. They are both lovely people to deal with and wed use them again in a heartbeat!

We had a great experience with Henny and OH Property Group. Henny listened to what we required in a new property, gave us her suggestions/recommendations using her extensive experience and knowledge of the area we were looking in and providing a different perspective for anything we hadnt thought of. She was always punctual in sending potential properties to review and always included lots of information and statistics to back up recommendations. Henny was responsive to our requests and always available for a chat either in person or on the phone. In a tough market, we ended up finding what we were looking for and couldn't have done it without Henny's help. I would definitely recommend her services.
