Worst ever agency. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS AGENCY. End up you will go fair trading and fight. Very very rude no respect to tenants only owners side. They withdrew my bond without my sign. Bad manners.

C21 Chatswood were our property managers during our stay in Sydney, our stay was relatively trouble-free but when we needed C21 assistance, Sylvia was professional, polite and helpful on each occasion.

We recently finished a tenancy managed by Natalie Manoukian at Century 21. Throughout our 3.5 years in Chatswood, we found Natalie to be always accessible, friendly, and great to deal with. She was very prompt at responding to requests and always sought to get repairs carried out as quickly as possible. The exit process was handled very professionally and, as tenants, we found Natalie to be an excellent go-between to ensure all cleaning and repairs were done in a timely manner and there were no last minute surprises.
