My Wicker Outdoor Furniture

It's very rare today to receive 'great customer service' when ordering furniture online. Thanks to Simon at Mr Wicker, my recent purchase of a new outdoor furniture setting (lovely square table and four chairs in classic grey/ hazelnut) ran seamlessly. Communication was excellent from the start! Simon's high level experience in this product area is outstanding. Thank you for delivering a service beyond our expectations.

Excellent chairs, and solid timber outdoor table!! Acacia timber seems very solid. Simon was fantastic to deal with - he gave us a good package price and he was even able to deliver the items himself so that we could get the items earlier :)) thanks Simon!

WONT LAST ! Purchased 4 years ago, for $1500 inc. delivery. The wicker on the arms and some other parts are splitting. Hardly ever used, kept under cover, with the optional full vinyl cover, purchased from "My Wicker" We have other wicker furniture, from other suppliers that have lasted for over 10 years without any issues. Not Suitable for Australian conditions See photos.

Wow! Is all I can say. I am so so pleased with our furniture! We had gone through two sets from Harvey Norman that had been really poor, and fallen apart after two years. I had been searching high and low for new furniture at a reasonable price. I also couldnt find anything I liked or was comfortable with the colours matching my outdoors. I had always adored the look of wicker furniture. I am so pleased to have come across My Wicker on Google searching after days of end of looking. It was delivered super quickly and the quality is just amazing. Every time I look at it, I just love it. It fits perfectly in our space and the colours are perfect and its so inviting. Its absolutely lovely. Thanks to Simon for your professional service. Cant wait to see what you may have in the future that I can add.
