I engaged Vobo to do my tax returns this year and it has been a bad experience. I spent quite some time initially correcting information on the forms they prepared. After that, they made a mistake when lodging the return and I haven't received the money yet. It has reached a stage where I'm now ringing the ATO every week for updates. It would have been less hassle to just do the return myself...not recommended!
