Mark Shaw is the best service provider I have ever had to interact with. I never had to chase him to do the job I'm paying for (even more remarkably, when this time I'm not). He's always blistering fast in getting back to me, especially when responding to something urgent; he's super patient in explaining things to a first timer, clear in laying out the options, and genuinely helpful and caring. He came with me on the journey and went out of his way to help me. He's also very personable. I couldn't recommend him enough. Mortgage Choice have a good reputation for a reason, they hire staff like this! Give this man a raise!! I now recommend them (him, in particular) to everyone. I was sceptical at first when he came recommended to me as he was interstate, but it didn't matter. He was across everything by the time I needed it. Well done and thanks Mark, and Mortgage Choice. Hopefully I can engage you again in the future!

Mark and Monica helped me to get through the process of refinance and buying new IPs. I am so happy with the result and they have been so helpful and professional throughout the whole process.
