My partner and I went to the store to buy a suit for my friend's wedding two weeks ago and the pants weren't available in his size. We were told by Aaron that he will have them transferred over in a couple of days. He will ring us so my partner can get everything all together and get the pants altered, if necessary. We didn't hear anything after a week so my partner called the store. The lady said she would pass on the message to Aaron. Another week went by, we still didn't hear anything. We called again today, still can't reach Aaron or hear anything about the suit we need for the wedding this Saturday. I helped my partner calling around other stores this morning, we were told that a pair of pants were just transferred out to the Chatswood store and that'd take a couple of days. After that, it will takes another couple of days for the alternation. We just have to go find another suit in a rush now. I'm truly disappointed by the poor customer service/unresponsiveness.
