        I don't recommend this company's product; it's broken within a year. Dealing with their customer service is incredibly painful and wastes your time, especially considering they require $370 for the first hour of repair service.

        Multiple calls to service to fix a dishwasher in warranty, prompted to send an email. 4 emails later no reply! Disgusting.

        If you own a hospitality business, do yourself a favour and avoid Meiko products all together. They are prone to failure, require a $400 pre-authorisation for repairs even under warranty and are not serviceable by non-Meiko employees. If their equipment fails outside of normal hours, expect to wait several days to have someone out. They have been a nightmare to deal with
