Quite an upsetting and insulting experience as a customer. Initial engagement was good for contract reading with one phone call explaining the contract in summary. Charging contract reading fees higher than others, so I was expecting professional and seamless service. After requesting negotiation for contract amendment, the lawyer has not demonstrated his representation of the best interest of myself, and simply forward email from the other party without contacting to explain. I expressed not feeling safe to let current lawyer to handle my case due to the lacking communications yet there was no reply from By Associates. I expressed my interest of changing to another lawyer, they seemed not being able to take in feedback. They are arrogant in attitude, and is significantly lacking interpersonal skills when handling customers' requests. I was teased in the call, and was insulted as if I should not ask further questions. They replied 'I refused to answer your non-sense questions', asked me to change to another lawyer prior to the day of auction, and hung up my call abruptly. This is far below a competent level from the professional conducts. I will urge anyone to avoid using this law firm as a service.
